Big rooms.

Dirty carpet, barely get internet.

This is not a 3.5 star hotel. It's about 2.5 stars. I was disappointed with what I got. Barely got wireless or even ethernet service.

The hotel location is great and so is the staff. The rooms themselves are spacious.

It is very old equipment and need of major renovation. The grout in bathroom is way to many times fixed furniture out dated and TV didn't work.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is a great location with great potential. But it is in great need of am make over and renovations. Both TV sets in my room didn't work and I barely had any hot water to take a shower. The staff is top notch and tries to work around the issues. They are all very accommodating. ...read more

I liked the friendly housekeeping and maintenance staff . Free Internet service.

Front desk person was very unprofessional. Decor in room seemed outdated.

Hotel isn't bad overall. Rooms need to be updated. Free Internet was a plus along with a 24hr business center. Housekeeping was great. As a Motel type feel to it. If I was in town on business and needed somewhere quick to lay my head-perfect. If I needed a place to take a spouse/child and spend a great weekend, probably not. Convenience.

This is our favorite hotel for the trade shows we attend in the area. The only drawback is that good restaurants are about 3 miles away. We rarely use hotel restaurants. Not a complaint but a comment.

Nice decor but not practical.

Woke up by loud noises early in the morning.

It's a beautifully decorated hotel. However, it's defeating the purpose to stay there when you can't get a good night sleep.
